I am just trying to get back into raising my own chickens for eggs. I have raised chickens many times over the years. But do to either moving, finishing with 4-H, or most recently" almost 4 years ago" losing my entire flock due to a terrible and tragic house fire, that resulted in predators getting all my beautiful sweeties. I am giving it a shot once more. I have been visiting this site for a few months now and am finally ready to get started. I would love to have few Auracaunas and some Banties again as they are just so cute. By the way you all have some amazing coops. [IMG]

You all are VERY friendly. It's nice to find kindered spirits. I miss my chickens more then i care to admit. And my Bantams were something special. We had a black hen named Black Betty cause she was always bob her head like she could hear the song in her head.

Will you be ordering chickens or buying locally or incubating eggs?
