Hi,

My name is diane, and I live in NE Ohio. I am looking to start with chickens next spring, and I am learning as much as I can before hand. Given the fact that my children would make pets out of the chickens, I think we will stay with eggs for a while.

I worked at a century farm museum, and we had free range chickens there, plus my grandmother had chickens when I was a kid. My only involvement with them was the time I fed the hens horseradish plants, and I tainted the eggs.
