Hi everyone im very new to chickens as we adopted them overnight literall, my dad in law's partner isnt well and he wanted them to go to a good home so here i am. I wasnt really paying attention to lingo until i realised i was getting advice from the US our weather conditions are very different but we all have the same questions worldwide. So at the risk of sounding really dumb im going to feed bant and big red....u yuys have a good one and i will be on again a bit later.

Saying a big hi right back to you. I connected with backyard chickens today also. Have been reading the forum for weeks and decided to join, such a great forum. I also live in Oz in Queensland and our weather up here is just great for my girls at the moment. Hope you enjoy the forum as much as I do.
