Hi my name is Frankie, I must admit to being a BYC lurker for a while, as I got my chicken husbandry questions answered! I just decided to join as I start my journey in poultry keeping. I am a 26 year old Brazilian native and I lived most of my life in Rio, I moved to New Jersey in 2006 and just this year decided I HATE SNOW, and I moved to Florida to be closer to my folks who live in Tampa. I will be shopping around for a home soon and I really wanted to keep a small flock of chickens for all the reasons, everyone else does i guess. I had chickens in Rio but they never lasted long before mom mysteriously lost them..... in a kettle of soup. Any way I'd like to say hi and thanks for making this VERY helpful resource available. I am already hooked..
