    Still trying to figure it out. So much information on this site so glad that they are here First time chicken owner thank you so much for welcoming me. My adult children think I am obsessed with these chickens. And I do believe I am surprising what you didn't know about chickens at 50. Love it

    Sometimes a silkie roo will sit on eggs while the broody hen takes a break. But, if he starts laying eggs & hatching them be sure to let us know.[​IMG]

    Lol I will do that. He's the only rooster. And there's three hens all of them bigger than him except for one the Polish. The Americana is his main woman. And a Delaware. He is very happy in life
