Hi my husband and myself have some experience with chickens over the years. We are now homesteaders and are exploring the concept of a self sustained chicken flock. We have a dozen golden comets right now that my husband is in love with ( he is the chicken man) and I would like to start some buff orpingtonsbreeding and hatching their own chicks. Hope to get some good info and input on things as we go
