In the Brooder
Just saying hi and looking forward to hearing everyone's experiences with chickens.
We've had a small backyard flock for a couple of years now - 1 rooster and 4 hens we got from a neighbor. With the exception of one hen a few weeks younger (my profile pic, my baby), they were all from the same hatch. We're currently in the process of enlarging our flock by a few, with all the challenges that brings. My biggest challenge is in figuring out what's normal (even if it isn't nice) and what's a genuine problem.
