[Chewys Chickens]

I just wanted to say Hi, I am a new member but have come to this site over the last few months when needing help for things going on with our Chickens. We got Chickens for my son for his birthday back in March. We have a mix of breeds.

I have gotten so much helpful info from these boards, its been wonderful, being so new and learning how to care for them. We have been having a great time taking on the chickens as a family caring for them!

It's actually my son's nickname.

His name is Matthew and his baseball coach nicknamed him Chewy and it stuck! And since these little hen's were his 9th Birthday gift they became Chewy's Chickens.
