Hinged Roosts

    Could you tell us what the hinges around the window do? Since they are above AND below the window, I can't quite imagine what they are used for.

    The things below the window aren't hinges. They are the window locks.

    EXIT 109 on 95
    look at picture with both kids the other window is up top ones are hinges and bottom ones are locks
