    Tasty ol' delicious they are. This pan full only cost $2. I'll render out at least a half pint of grease to use for cooking and use the cooked meat to make a big pot of collards.

    Jowls make very nice bacon, for those who have smokers.

    This one was pre-baconified. I would really like to get into making my own cured meat products. Maybe when I retire.

    Made a sandwich out of a couple slices for lunch, I need to get this going with the collards so I don't eat the whole plate full.
