Holy Buckets of Rain Batman!!!

    They weren't calling for any rain yesterday and out of the middle of nowhere came this HUGE thunder storm! The National Weather Service didn't even issue a severe thunderstorm warning until AFTER the storm was already here for a few minutes. At one point I thought the roof was going to be blown off of the house, but we made it through! Look at the rain that was dumped in 10 minutes time here!

    Omigosh, I hope your garden will be okay. We had a gullywasher the other night, too. Two-and-a- half inches in a few hours. The code red emergency woke me by phone at 4:40 a.m. for a tornado warning that ended at 4:30! How's that for good timing! They still have a few bugs in their system! [​IMG]
