My little Georgina found her voice this morning and is actually "George". I now need to find a home for him as I cannot keep a rooster. I live in the Santa Clarita area and would love to find a good home for him. He is just about seven weeks old.

Welcome to BYC, glad you decided to join us. Good luck re-homing your rooster. We have used crags list (successfully) to find homes for roosters.

from Kansas, I would try CL for finding a home for your rooster. You could also check and see if there is a chicken swap in your area.
