I was able to build this myself. Everything came from lowes. Cost was about 275 after everything. I do have a background in construction. But just wanted to post it to give people ideas. It has great ventilation and is completely dry it rained all night not a drop in the brooder. When you don't have chicks it could be used as a breeding area or hospital for a hurt chicken. It took me about three days total. If any one has any questions feel free to ask. But the chicks love there new mansion. It's 10\6 and about 6 foot high at its highest point. I could of done a little better with leveling etc.. But I'm getting old lol. But it's a great DIY coop.
