Homemade Crouton Recipe?

I'm a Big fan of Dinner salads or any salad for that matter, & have some toasted homemade bread I'm about to cube for croutons & was wondering what you all use as spice ingredients for homemade Italian Croutons or how much Garlic Powder to add to make some Garlic Parmesean Croutons.

I cut up my bread, toast it in a dry skillet until it's light brown add a few Tbs of olive oil (depends on how much bread you're using), toast for a few more mins and then add a pkg of dry Ranch dressing. stir to coat, remove from heat and add to salad.

I think any dry dressing mix would work, Italian, Ranch, ect.

They are very yummy!
