I just got my homestead package this morning and need a little help identifying what in fact I do have. I think the chicks are Barred Rocks. The turkeys are yellow but I am not sure if they are giant whites or what. Not sure on the ducks or geeese. Any help would be appreciated. The pictures are not the greatest but it was 6 AM. Did not have enough coffee.

    #2 looks buff orp
#3 looks either Rouen or Mallard. One has single stripe on eye, other has double stripe. Can't remember which

I don't know about the other three, but I think the first one is a BR. Looks just like my two baby BRs.

I agree - the first looks like a barred rock to me. (I don't dare show my husband this post; we'd have ducks in a heartbeat. Would be wonderful except we live in the middle of the city.)

I got some other barred rocks a week ago and they sure look the same. Looks like I am going to have RIR's and Barred Rocks. The ducks and geese are going to be totally new to me.

#1 is either a barred something or a black something. LOL
#2 is a turkey. BBW more than likely.
#3 looks like a Rouen duckling
#4 is a gosling maybe African?
