He looks small, under-developed for 7 weeks. Can you post a close-up picture of his eye as in the picture it does not look the way it should; round and bright.

It looks to be 3-4 weeks old max. Breed-wise I'm guessing Australorp for now

It was a little lethargic a couple weeks ago but started acting a better for what i could tell do u think it may be sick? I also just noticed the bald spot on it’s face today

His eyes look fine. The bald spot may be due to a bit of pecking by the others because he is smaller. Does not look worrisome, but do keep an eye on him.

85 looks fine. Bald spot doesn't look like picking, looks either where the earlobe will be or just a bald patch when feathering in. Chickens have feather tracts where feathers grow in and other areas are more bald and that's normal and not concerning
