I’ve been obsessed with The Silver Brumby for a while now.
First introduced to the movie thanks to @ColtHandorf

Then learned there was a TV series….

Then learned there’s a book series of 13 books, which I am now in the process of reading.

First book: https://www.amazon.com/Silver-Brumb...?keywords=Silver+Brumby&qid=1639004050&sr=8-3

Whenever I find a horse person, one of the first questions I often ask is “Have you seen and/or read The Silver Brumby?” And their answer is usually “No.” and they are often confused as they don’t know what a Brumby is.

A Brumby is basically an Australian wild horse. The series follows the adventures of a palomino brumby named Thowra, and the books after the first one then follow the adventures of his offspring and his example.

So, is there anyone else out there as obsessed as me?

This is a MLP based thing I did of Thowra, Golden, and their foal right after watching the movie for the first time. It’s not accurate, as all of them actually have blue eyes, but I didn’t realize it at the time.

Never heard of it.

It's not on Netflix. The first time I ever watched it I rented it from Blockbuster.

Yes, I'm that old. Anyway, the only other place I've ever seen it was Youtube. It's very inexpensive to purchase on Amazon.

Keep in mind that depending on the country where the film was released it may also be called The Silver Stallion (which is what the film is called in the US).
