Hot weather curbs appetites

    With the 100 - 105 degree temps we've had here lately my birds act as if they're not hungry at all - especially for store bought grains. Now if it's a bucket of table or canning scraps or unfortunate grasshoppers they seem to get a little more enthusiasm for eating.
