Houdan emergency

We have a houdan roo, 5 months old, who has been healthy and active. Last night when my daughter went to close up the coop she found him on the floor with a very "loose neck". She said his eyes were not closed but they did when she picked him up and he couldn't hold up his head. (I just found out this morning because I got home after she went to bed.) She placed him in the nesting box, which is where I found him this morning. He is still breathing but not moving.

Any ideas? He's a great roo and I'd like to save him if we can.

I have no knowledge about it, but maybe search for information on wry neck or crooked neck. I think it can be helped with vitamins, but I am not sure.
