Is it ok to add water to a foam, circulated air incubator?
What temperature & Humidity is ideal in a foam incubator for days 1-18 and 19-21?

Depending on which model you have, the foam Hova-bators usually have a clear plastic insert that goes in the bottom that has channels for you to put water into.

This is GQF's page with PDF files for most of their incubators.

For trying to figure out what temp/humidity if best for your situation, have you seen the Hatching 101 Guide in Hatching Chicks in the Learning Center here?
