wondering how everyone is cooking their bourbon reds tomorrow for thanksgiving????
We aren't cooking a Bourbon Red but a White Holland hen. Slow roasted in the oven, unstuffed with light spices. We always cut up an apple or 2 and put in the roaster. It gives just the hint of apple flavor.
