How can I decorate my quail cages?

For a while now, my male quail cages stand completely empty. I have male button quails that are neighbors with my male coturnix, and all they do all day is run alongside the cage walls and try to peck each other (thankfully the male button quails get along with each other).

So now I'm trying to find some things to put inside to simulate their minds a bit more, so do you guys have any suggestions on what to add to their cages?

Plants, fake or real. Boxes or pots to hide in.

Cut some dollar store baskets to make hiding spots too.
I love fake plants in the cages and so do my quail.

Also...dirt boxes are a must, IMO.

I have a guinea pig hide in mine. (Bobwhites). I plan to add plastic plants and such when I get my full run. For now they have piles of hay.

I stick fake plants through the cage walls...just off the ground so they can get under them to hide.
