How can I stop my hen from laying porous eggs??

Hello, I recently noticed that 1 or 2 of my hens are laying porous eggs. Is there something they are missing in their diet? They eat Layena and have Oyster shell / grit free choice. They also have vitamins in their water and get mashed hard boiled eggs once a week. I have 6 hens all laying, I have been incubating the eggs to check for fertility (roo may still be too young) and some of the eggs are very porous as seen when candling. Any input is appreciated
