How can I stop my Roosters from being jerks to my specific hen?

I have a Silkie hen, along with 2 Silkie roosters. My Silkie hen keeps getting picked on by just the one rooster, so, the back of her head (puff on her head) hasn't any puffiness, or feathers, how can I stop my roosters from being jerks to her? Is there a way that they can grow back quicker? (The back-of-the-head feathers)

First off you shouldn't have an outnumbered hen,should be at least 6 or 7 hens for one roo.

I think I would break up the threesome. However, it will be late fall when they molt before the damage will be repaired.

I would pull both roos and put them in solitary together. Are you housing the silkies away from the rest of your flock, or are they all together?
