I knew NOTHING about chickens. I wanted to get some laying hens for eggs, so I was searching the internet for chicken coop plans.
Now almost a year later, I have 30 chickens and an incubator!

    I LOVE BYC. [IMG]

My neighbor told me about it. I never thought I would spend so much time on the internet reading about chickens! Or should I say BYC! Love it!!

I was Googling information on chickens (my pre-chicken days) and came across it.

A guy I bought birds from told me about it.

I was invited to my first chicken swap, and there was a big banner saying "BYC." I discovered it was a website, and then I was hooked. [IMG]

I was on a local chicken website when someone there did the unmentionable and mentioned another website, being BYC.
