How do geese "brush their teeth"?

I know they don't teachnically have teeth but I was thinking... How do they keep their mouth clean? Other than rinsing with water is there anything else they do? They mostly eat green things too so I guess maybe they have no need to? Do I need to watch out for any kind of infections from bad oral hygiene so to speak?

My gander is 13 his mate 8 and neither have any dental problems.
