How do I cure him of being just a big tease?

My tom struts all day. He struts all night. BUT. . strutting is ALL he does. After 2 months of infertile eggs, he needs to figure it out or he will be dinner. I have 2 hens, one of which was a great producer last year. Lately, she has been seen looking out of thew pen towards the road where the turkey hunters are calling. . . They are all in with my chickens and the roosters are doing what they do best in order to clue the tom turkey in. Any ideas?

I wonder if it would help to separate the turkeys from the chickens. Maybe the roosters are more dominate hindering him from doing his job.

in turkey mating it's hens choice, they won't mate until the hen lays down.
