Somebody please help me!! My chicken has diarrhea, is lethargic and has to be fed and watered via syringe. How can I shift and remove the egg if there is one? How can I tell if there's even one there??

ALSO: she is shaky on her legs and can't walk properly. Is this a further sign of being egg bound?

I'm watching your post with a great deal of interest as I have the very same thing with one of my girls. Fingers crossed someone answers your question as it'll help us both out.
