I'm sure I am missing something obvious. But when I do an internet search for chicken processing plants, I only find pages and pages of people discussing chicken processing. I'd like to find out if there is a plant anywhere near me that would process chickens. Thanks for any help!

Well, you're probably not going to find a "plant" that will do your chickens. Check at your feed store, on Craigslist, or with the Amish to find people who do it.

googling poultry processor, looking at the apppa.org site, or going to your farmers market and asking. These seem to be the most effective. 4H is a good option as well.

try a local meat processing plant, I have never tried them for birds, but it's worth the call
