How do I tell the gender?

I have white silkies and I hatch a lot of them. I know that they are not the easiest to tell the sex of, but there must be some way. I always have people wanting to buy hens that I don't have much of. I would like to know how to sex them so I don't spend much money on the roosters and end up broke when I find out what sex they are. I would like to have more hens. Please Help. Thanks.

Their is the vent sexing method tho some people warn if you dont know what your doing you could harm the chicks.
And I think it has to be freshly hatched.

Is the feather approach on all chicks or just silkies?

Feather sexing works on most breeds accept the fancy ones. Polish-silkie-and some others.
