how do i tell the sex of my 5 week chicks

For photos, a side-shot of the entire bird standing up is the best way to compare. If you have a table or chair you can set them on and entice them to stay with goodies, then we can really see them. A head-on shot of the comb is hard to tell.

i will take a good look in the morning. My momma hen 'Missy' wont let us get to close, she has them running around like crazy chickens. LOL

I would love to post a picture of them but not sure if I can do that.

i dont no how u put pics on here either have to get my son to do it and i cant tell by their feathers they all look the same to me so will do more pics when he gets home from school

I agree with you kaylakian it is going to take me some time to figure out the difference in the feathers. They kind of look rounded to me but this is my first time trying to determine sex by the feathers. That will be easier once I get the hang of it though.
