I saw a previous post that some boil the first tiny eggs...? how long do you boil them?
from what I've read, fresh eggs are impossible to peel. If the egg is tiny and the white sticks to the shell, you won't end up with much egg if you boil it.
You could try to poach it.
With fresh eggs, you can take a spoon and lightly tap a crack into one end of it before boiling. The shell will slip off with ease.
