How do you make humidity go down ???

I cannot get the humidity to go down in my sportsman incubator . I Barely have any water in the water tray and it says it is at 63 % humidity . Am i suposed to put those white spongy things in the watre tray ??

Help would be greatly appreciated

im on day 14 wit turkey eggs and day 2 with chicken eggs

There are vent holes in the sides and on the back of these things. Open a vent hole up, if that doesn't do it open another.
