I herd that barred rocks are sexiable from birth... If so how do they sex them?
I believe that the males have larger dots on top of the head, the females have smaller to none.
If I remember correctly, the males white dot will be kind of scattered while the females will be kind of concentrated in one spot.

The males' dots tend to be less concentrated than the females'. Plus, the females' are darker & their legs are also usually darker than a male's.
I think that's only accurate part of the time, either my barred rock or dominique had what is considered a male spot, and they're both definitely girls.
What I have noticed is that the females are black and the males are a dark gray or light gray.
