How far along are these legs

My hen started going broody and I threw egg after egg out but she was hiding some and they have some babies in them. Oops!! I never do mind having chicks through. If anyone could tell me thank you so much!!

I can 't really see any veining or anything in your pics to be able to tell if they are viable or how far along. Any developments since then?
