how long after i hear tweeting

will my ducks hatch , they were at day 28 lastnight at 4pm, its now 12.30 pm the next day and heard tweeting when will they hatch im so nervous

Have you checked in at the Thread Formerly Known as Hatch Day is Today? They know hatching (I don't).

And there is a section called Stickies at the top of the Duck Forum. Within that is one on hatching waterfowl.
