Today is day 21. About 7 hours ago one of the chicks broke a hole in the shell it has been chirping and moving. Do i need to help it?

No. 7 hours is nothing. Chicks can take up to 24 hours. I don't recommend interfering until 18-24 hours. The egg to chick vascular system needs time to shut down. Attempting to help before this happens can result in a perfectly healthy chick dying from bleed out because the veins in the membrane were ruptured.

Thank you! Also when should the others start hatching? They haven't been moving or chirping.

Usually if the other eggs are going to hatch you'll see some sort of action from them over the next 24 hours. At least internal pipping.

I had a chick pip externally Friday morning and not hatch until Saturday afternoon. Give it time!
