I wormed my chickens by putting wazine 17 (2 ounces in a gallon of water) almost two weeks ago. How long until the eggs are safe to eat?

Also, the dose said 2oz. to a gallon of water. My birds don't drink a whole gallon in a day. I left the same gallon of treated water in the run for two days and it was still half full. Is that the proper way to do it or should I have let them finish all of it?

Wazine will only kill roundworms. If your flock has other worms, you will have to use another wormer.

As for the withdrawal period is 2 weeks. After that, you can eat the eggs.

No worms here. Just did it because I wanted to before they started laying. I started getting eggs three days after I wormed, go figure.
