If my girls haven't been with a rooster for a month, will their eggs still be fertile?

The easiest way to find out would be to crack one open and look for the bulls-eye. I doubt it though, a month is a long time.

Very unlikely. most sources recommend 3 weeks separation from a rooster to ensure the hens are no longer laying fertile eggs.
