how long do i leave chicken chicks in the bator?

    how long do i leave the chicken eggs in the bator before i move them 2 the hatcher?

    i meen, do u leave the eggs in the incubator till they hatch?

    Yea leave them in the incubator until they hatch . Then when they hatch let the chicks dry of completely before you move them [​IMG]

    o thank you so much! but is it better to just get a broody chicken to do the work?

    woah! So sorry for the late response....[​IMG] But, anyways.. It's not 'better' to have a hen set on them. It's just up to you. [​IMG] Incubating is just fine, and so is getting a broody hen to set on em'. Getting the hen to set on them would probably be easiest but more chicks will most likely survive when they are inside in a brooder. [​IMG]
