How long from pip to zip with quail?

This my first time hatching and I have bobwhite quail eggs. Their lockdown time is day 20 since they are suppose to hatch on day 23. I have a chick that pipped on day 20(lockdown)and over 24 hours the hole has gotten bigger but hasn't started to zip yet? My temp is 100 and humidity is around 70%. What do I do? I've had a lot more pip but not zip but try just pipped.
