day 22 for an incubator full of chicken eggs--some eggs have been moving around for a day and a half but no pips and very little peeping are we on schedule or should we be concerned yet?

No need to worry yet. I'm on day 22 of a hatch myself and I've got one pip and a few rockers. My last hatch waited until day 23 and everything turned out fine. Just keep your humidity where it needs to be and try not to open your incubator unless you have to.
