I had to get rid of my rooster and a few days ago I had my one hen go broody for the 3rd time in her life ( I feel bad because she has never been able to hatch out any babies :( ). I was going to move her bit then the I learned the eggs still may be fertile. How long will the eggs remain fertile? I really want her to hatch out at least one egg because this is likely her last chance to be a mama.

Eggs will remain high fertility for up to two weeks after the removal of a rooster, some fertility up to 3 weeks after removal, and occasional fertility up to 4 weeks after removal.
