6 from 12. They are doing better. The first just started laying July 8, slowly but surely others have started to lay now too. Of course, they all COULD be laying, and they are just taking turns laying every other day. LOL

First egg today for me!!! 1 egg 4 chickens.


Only one hen layed an egg and it was her first! All of them are 4 months old.

1 egg in 10 days from 4 hens. This heat has stopped production.

We had to BUY eggs for the first time since we got our girls. I starting to think they are laying them somewhere else besides the hen house. They free range during the day.
