SMH!!! Forgot to check! I've been getting one or no eggs a day lately, and today I was busy holiday cooking.... sent The Kid* out to turn chickens out to free range and feed them their afternoon scratch, planning to do egg check later, and I plumb forgot! Rats!

*The Kid being 14-yo grandchild/ManChild DH and I are raising.

It makes you wonder doesn't it! Only 4 eggs today and 1 was broken in the nest box. So only 3 made it into the house. I've been baking pumpkin pies and zucchini bread and using up the few eggs that I have. My customers won't be happy with me!
