how many Eggs you get today

her chickens range from 14 days to 4 years currently

if most are young, that makes a ton of sense. I have like 30 pullets and 15 roosters so I had a tonnnn of birds and no eggs.

7 eggs. I found two new colored pullet eggs in the straw bale in the coop. I think they’re from my leghorn/wyandotte mix.

I had 8, New birds from Auction on laying

So far 2 in the coop from the not-free range pullets I knew were laying
& I found a hidden nest of 7 fresh eggs in the yard as well - left 1
so 8 today, doubling my total for the week

I just hope the free range girl goes back there to lay. I checked on the nest again and the one egg I left had been rolled out. I hope that's not her rejecting the spot because I messed with it?

yes, i know having them lay in a coop would be easier.
