how many Eggs you get today

Woohoo ! 8 eggs out of my ten girls. The days are getting longer and so are the feathers. The molt is over and the egg count is back up.
I had been getting 4 or 5 eggs a day of weeks but this week it was 5-6-7 and now 8 today.

How I long for the day I can make pretty pictures with mine again. It was another 2 egg day here...ho hum...but my babies have popped out teeny little baby combs so maybe in another month or 2 they will help my freeloading layers.

Blocking half my nest boxes a hen is starting to roost in one broke an egg yesterday making so she cannot get in them

9 out of maybe 14. One broody is starting to go back to normal, I saw her in a nest today but I don’t know if she’s laying again yet. I didn’t find an egg of her color is that nest but she could have moved.
