**** chicken math... I went to the feed store with my friend to get her final supplies so she could take her 2 pullets home and low and behold the feed store had more fuzzy butts. So now I have 6 laying 4 5 weeks and 2 more 2 weeks. But they are so cute... hatchery americaunas (aka Easter Eggers) but these are almost all white.

I am at 5/5 again with too many pullets of the first group there is still 11 more Barreds picked up 1 pure EE and 2 crossed black that lay blue when they grow up but then went to dels picked up 3 more Barred pullets. The other ones are almost feathered out all 3 of the EE are fully feathered a bit older than the others. Once they are all mostly feathered I will move them to the main coup still in the wading pool covered 4 ft high chicken wire

14/15 eggs - they'd been laying great in last few days

8/9 still think one of the pullets isn't laying yet. Never see her going to the nest boxes. If she is she's an EE that lays a brown egg and that would be disappointing...
