How many house ducks?

How many house ducks does everyone have? How do you keep them bonded to you and not to each other? We want 2 house ducks. Which breeds make the best house ducks? We are looking at Muscovy,Pekin,Buff or Runners. 2 girls

I have 2 runners (i think one might be a black swedish) but i live in an appartment so they stay together during the day and then when i get home from work i put on there diapers and they are with me till i go to bed.

They always follow me around and get very noisy and try to find me when i ever i walk of and love to sleep in my lap. The only thing i can say is just spend alot of time with them both cause i think they will bond to each other no matter wat.

sounds like 2 is a good choice they will have each other when we are out and join the family when we are home
