I check in before I go to work at 3:00am and then when I get home around 1pm and then I check back in 2 to 4 more times before going to bed.

I check it quite a bit! Probably two times a day minimum, more often...um...a lot more than that.

I'm one of those compulsive e-mail checker type people, though, only I have a whole list I go down every time I check. It's #3 on the sites I check, my e-mail and my friends list on LiveJournal being the first and second.

Yes, every day. I don't post alot though but read heaps. Wouldn't it be funny to see if there was a thing like the number of posts you have made but for how often you check in. Bet lots of us would register way more for the second one.
